110 kV Transmission Line

Foundation design for a 110 kV line begins with the interaction between tower reactions, ground conditions and the practical requirements of construction. The engineering task is to define a foundation solution that addresses the relevant actions and can be developed around the site constraints.

We support the design and assessment of foundations using the available geotechnical information and structural inputs. The work can include comparison of foundation options, structural verification and coordination of the tower connection, together with temporary support where refurbishment requires it.
