A change in conductors, earth wires or fitting can introduce new demands on an existing tower. We assess whether the structure can accommodate those demands and identify where further investigation, modification or strengthening may be needed.
Our review uses the available drawings, structural geometry, material information and condition records. We analyse the relevant members and connections against the agreed assessment basis, taking account of the loading conditions and the reliability of the available information. Foundation reactions and interfaces are considered where they form part of the assignment.
You receive a clear account of the tower's assessed capacity, the governing components and any limitations that affect the conclusion. This provides an engineering basis for decisions about continued use, refurbishment or adaptation, with targeted recommendations for the next stage.
Typical deliverables Assessment report, member and connection checks, identified limitations, and recommendations for further action.
